Obligation

We provide services to clients while adhering to the company’s standard policies and processes. Our firm will be held accountable for every part of our services. However, Viver reserves the right to amend its policies and rules, as well as its operating methods, at any moment.

Payment and Charges

The prices for the services requested by clients are expected and payable in full prior to the service being provided. Clients have the option of paying our company in any legal manner.

Liability Restriction

Even if Viver has been informed of the risk of such harms, Viver will not be liable to any client or institution guaranteeing under or through the client for any loss or benefit or other indirect, unintentionally or harms regardless of activity for tort or agreement regarding this agreement.

The parties’ understanding and agreement regarding the subject matter of this ‘terms and conditions’ agreement is included here. This may be changed from time to time at Viver’s discretion. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the client via email or notification to the customer’s last known email address.
